FEATURES :
Main FrameFabricated from best quality steel plates, carefully electrically welded together to ensure equal strength throughout the body. The side walls are stiffened by strong longitudinal and transverse ribs.
Jaw Stock - Steel casting, Precision bored to accommodate haw stock bearing and eccentric shaft.
Bearings - Double row self – aligning roller bearings on jaw stock as well as main frame. All bearings are sealed against the ingress of dust.
Toggle Bearings - Cast in manganese steel and secured to the jaw stock and toggle block by means of set screws. They are easily renewable.
Sideplates - One piece construction of Alloy steel.
Draw Back Mechanism - Consists of steel drawback rod with adjustable compression spring.
Eccentric Shaft - Machined from high quality EN 9 steel hardened and accurately ground to suit the bearings.
Fly Wheels - Made of solid grey cast iron with counter balance weights, one flywheel being grooved for V belt drive, The crusher may be driven by V belts or, alternatively, by means of flat belt.
Jaws - Both the fixed and swing jaws are cast in best quality manganese steel. As a result of the special design of the teeth, final product is cubical in shape.
Toggle plate - Single toggle plate made of cast iron is fitted, which is easily replaceable.
Jaw adjustment - The jaw setting may easily be changed by means of the wedge screw or hydraulic jack (hand operated) adjustment fitted at the rear of the machine. The machine runs silently and free from vibration due to careful balancing of the flywheels. The machine may be drive direct from as electric motor or diesel engine.
